THE MANDATE:
VSM 75ý cable is a down-sized version of AQ’s larger VDM, VSD and HD6 series of high-performance wide-bandwidth cables. Sometimes small is beautiful.

75ý cable is like a conduit which must carry relatively low frequency analog video (Composite, up to 4.2MHz), super-sensitive digital audio (SP/DIF, up to 24.576 MHz), uncompressed High-Definition video (HDTV, up to 750 MHz), or cable TV/broadband (CATV, up to 1 GHz). AQ’s VSM and VDM (preterminated cables), and VSD and HD6 (bulk installation cables) cables are designed to carry all these signals.

THE SOLUTION:
VSM uses a Silver-Plated Copper center conductor insulated with Nitrogen-Injected Hard Cell Foam (HCF). Silver-Plating greatly improves high frequency performance for a fraction of the cost of solid silver. HCF reduces distortion caused by the insulating material, and helps maintain a stable 75ý. The combination foil and braid shield provides 100% coverage. Gold-Plated F connectors are professionally attached with superior AudioQuest solder.
