Above are items that we're selling at discounts for various reasons. Some have open boxes, some are demo models, some are returns, and some have simply been in the store for too long. Note that some returns are used as demo products. We pride ourselves on selling factory-fresh merchandise, but when we ship an open box or demo model, we ascertain that the products are fully inspected, and that our customers are compensated for purchasing an item with a broken seal. We offer the following types of items from our Closeout store:

Open Box:
Most Open Box items come from customer returns and are not factory sealed. Inspected and determined to be fully functional, complete and damage free. Full manufacturer's warranty applies. Some open box units will not qualify for manufacturer rebates.

System Mismatch:
Often times products just don't match up with certain systems. Typically these items have very little use. They have been Inspected and determined to be fully functional. Full manufacturer's warranty applies. Some open box units will not qualify for manufacturer rebates.

Customer Upgrade:
Sometimes our customers just can't get enough hi-fi and decide to upgrade to a better model. Typically these items have very little use. They have been Inspected and determined to be fully functional. Full manufacturer's warranty applies. Some open box units will not qualify for manufacturer rebates.

New Old Stock:
Often times we get our hands on discontinued factory sealed items at a low price so we are able to pass the savings on to you!

Factory Refurbished:
Restored to original factory specifications. The manufacturer's warranty applies but may be different than the new stock warranty.

Scratch and Dent:
Inspected and determined to be fully functional. May have minor cosmetic blemishes. Full manufacturer's warranty applies. Some open box units will not qualify for manufacturer rebates.
