Phono 1 mkII is a switchable MM and MC Phono Preamplifier with very high flexability. It is able to match almost any modern cartridge on the market. The Phono 1 mkII's sound is detailed and delicate, open and natural. It needs (as does all hi-fi gear) a burn in period to extend its performance, which is actually really not beatable at its price range. The Phono 1 mkII chassis is made of steel to prevent RFI and EMI noises and to control and dissipate vibrations. The internal power supply has been designed very carefully, and could virtually even drive a power amplifier.
