Graham Nightingale Cartridge

A joint development between Bob Graham and Immutable Music's Seiji Yoshioka, the Nightingale integral armwand/cartridge system brings to those fortunate owners of the Graham tonearm an unprecedented level of natural musicality and refinement.

Combining Seiji Yoshioka's brilliant yokeless ring-magnet generator design with a very special coil wire sourced by Graham Engineering, Bob Graham utilizes a new, less resonant body shape and bonds it to a dedicated, specially designed ceramic armwand.

Each cartridge is hand-aligned by Graham at the factory, then cartridge leads are actually soldered to the cartridge, further reducing potential signal loss, due to poor clip contact. The result of those two years of research and refinement is nearly indescribeable musicality and naturalness, emerging from an eerily quiet background that should make even the most die-hard digital devotees sit up and take notice. This is truly analog for the 21st century.

Graham Nightingale [large view]
The Graham Nightingale is singing at last! After nearly three years of research and development, Graham Engineering is proud to introduce a new integral playback system that should redefine many notions of what analog is capable of.
