Ordering
We normally process orders within 24 hours of submission, provided the billing information is verified and the items are in stock. Not all of the items on our website are in stock at all times. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that we are closed on weekends and holidays.
Paypal Purchases
We are now accepting PayPal orders with confirmed addresses. If you don't have a confirmed address with PayPal, we will not be able to process your order. Orders over $100 will go through only if the shipping address is verified. At present, the only way to place a PayPal order is via the website. Please note that it is possible to authorize a PayPal transaction without submitting an order with us. If you do not receive a Needle Doctor order number, no order will appear in our system.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates vary depending on the destination of the package and the size and weight of the products. The rates for most smaller and lighter shipments are as follows:
UPS Ground- $7
UPS 3 Day- $10
UPS 2 Day Air- $20
UPS Next Day Saver- $30
UPS Next Day Air- $40
USPS Parcel Post- $7
USPS Priority Mail- $10
Shipping rates increase for heavier items. A $15-20 surcharge will be applied to all packages containing larger components such as turntables, amplifiers, etc. To inquire for rates, email your address to shipping@needledoctor.com. We do not ship turntables nor any other large components via USPS.
Internationl Shipping
International orders are primarily shipped via USPS Express Mail International, which starts at $25. This shipping method offers tracking, insurance, and expedient delivery. Shipments typically arrive in a week or two, sometimes earlier. First Class International can take 1-4 weeks, and there is no way to track the package. Rates vary depending on the weight of the parcel, the value of the items, and the destination of the package, so please inquire for quotes. Shipments via UPS and other major couriers are also available. Check for prices by emailing shipping@needledoctor.com.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept online orders from the following countries due to a high volume of fraudulent transactions originating therefrom. We welcome wire-transfer purchases for customers affected by this effort. Contact intl@needledoctor.com for wire-transfer information. Below are the countries from which we do not accept credit card nor Paypal orders:

| Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Alignment protractors, stylus-force gauges, cleaning fluids and all other one-time-use products are not returnable. Custom order, special-order, closeout and discounted products are also not returnable. If you simply don't like what you ordered, you can return it for an exchange or refund, but you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return transit. If you receive a defective product, we will initiate a UPS pick-up or email you a shipping label. Once we receive the return, we'll send you a replacement. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please call us to obtain this number. |

| About Needle Doctor
|

| Needle Doctor was created by our owner, Jerry Raskin. He got started by selling cassette tapes out of his backpack to passersby in the lovely Dinkytown neighborhood of Minneapolis. His passion for audio later led him to selling components and other accessories. By 1979 he built enough rapport with the locals to open up his own retail location, from which the company operates to date. We are a small firm (usually about 7 employees!) catering to a wide variety of customers from all over the world. We're all unhinged music enthusiasts, and we take great pleasure in helping other folks enjoy their tunes. |
