Ortofon Moving Coil Phono Cartridge Retip Policy

New Ortofon Rondo , Salsa and Samba Low Output Moving Coil Phono Cartridges

Due to reasons of construction and to guarantee optimal performance Ortofon does not re-tip MC cartridges nor do they recommend customers to use unauthorized/indepedent repair/service centers.

Instead Ortofon has an exchange policy for MC cartridges which allows customers to recuperate 25% of the current equivalent value of their trade-in Ortofon MC cartridge towards the purchase of a new Ortofon MC cartridge of equal or higher value.

In order to take advantage of Ortofon's MC cartridge trade-in program customers must return the trade-in cartridge to an authorized Ortofon reseller in their country of residence and at the same time place an order with the authorized Ortofon reseller for a replacement Ortofon MC cartridge of equal or higher value .
