Pro-Ject Speed Box SE II
Pro-Ject turntables sound great out of the box, but the Speed Box SE II offers an effective upgrade if you're looking to get a little more from your deck. First off, it allows you to switch between speeds with the push of a button, but most importantly, it reduces the speed variance of the record platter. This amounts to much more controlled and natural bass, heightened clarity through the mids , and tighter highs. The SE model works with any turntable that uses an AC synchronous motor.
