1). After placing an order for a Sumiko Blue Point, Blue Point Special or any cartridge with an original retail price of greater than $500 from the Needle Doctor's online store, a Return Authorization Number will be generated and emailed to you in the following business days.

2). Needle Doctor will immediately process and ship you a new cartridge before receiving your used cartridge.

3). Please ship your old cartridge in the packaging you received your new cartridge in. This will insure quality packaging avoiding shipping damage.

4). Send your cartridge to us: Needle Doctor Contact Info and Address
Please write your Return Authorization number on the outside of box.

5). You will be given a two week grace period from time of your receipt to send the cartridge to the Needle Doctor, or the difference will be billed to your credit card.
