This superb sounding plug-and-play compact phono preamp from Thorens is designed for MM moving magnet and MC moving coil phono cartridges. Use the MM-005 with line level preamplifiers, integrated amplifiers, or receivers that lack a built-in phono stage. Its audio quality is worthy of the Thorens name.

The MM-005 features a high-quality RIAA equalizer and consists of a rugged metal housing plus an external power supply. It has RCA input and outputs for easy connections from your turntable and to other gear. DIL switches on underside of unit select between 47 k ohm MM cartridges and 100 ohm MC cartridges

Extremely compact in size, the MM-005 measures only 4.5" wide, 2.1" high, and 5.1" deep.
