Long recognized as a world leader in phonograph cartridge design and production, Audio-Technica offers a wide range of models to match turntable/tonearm requirements, performance levels and budget considerations. Audio-Technica cartridges are designed with one of three mounting options - the P-mount (plug-in), the half-inch (½") mount, or the universal mount.Mounting Details:
  • P-mount cartridges have four terminals at the back that simply plug in to the end of the tonearm, then they're secured to the tonearm with a single screw

    No Neck

I got to admit after seeing Tims review I gave this one a shot. I as well was a big Grado guy but was getting tired of the inconsistent cartridges some I'd have no problems with some others I would have to keep re-adjusting. I purchased this and put it on my Technics belt table and found a new cartridge costing a lot less. I could not believe the sound out of this cartridge. Well worth the small amount compared to Grado. Best heard first with The Beatles stereo Parlaphone version of Rubber Soul. You will be delighted you purchased this. Only downfall you can hear it tracking in between tracks. But goes away immediately at the very first note of the next track no matter how low the beginning of the track is Cant beat this for the price

I purchased one of these last year after owning a much more expensive Grado previously. It blew the Grado away. I'm sure there are much more expensive, better cartridges, but I can't imagine anything coming close for anywhere near the cost of this one.
