Dali Zensor 3 Bookshelf Speakers
We have designed the cabinet so that it is large enough to deliver a sufficient, controlled and deep bass and yet is small enough to be placed on a shelf or floor stand.
The woofer cones are made from a blend of fine grained paper pulp reinforced with wood fibres. This mix makes the cones stiff and light which ensures that every micro detail in the signal is reproduced unfiltered.
The 7” woofer increases the surface area by 15% compared to a 6½” woofer and this helps the ZENSOR 3 to deliver the same sound pressure with much less cone excursion, leading to an effortless reproduction of the dynamics in the music.
With a 4 layer voice coil magnet motor system the ZENSOR 3 produces an impressive 17% more B/L compared with speakers using the common 2 layer voice coil. A copper clad aluminum wire ensures optimal reproduction in the mid range, and the power of the magnet motor keep the bass controlled and precise.
The soft dome tweeter module has over and over again proved its ability to deliver a rich and detailed sound, and the module used in the ZENSOR 3 is no exception - delivering an extended frequency response with wide dispersion and low coloration.

Full bodied, airy, dimensional and transparent...
I now own both the Zensor 3 and 1 and have to say they perform beyond their price points, especially when using good electronics and source material. They won't disappoint!
Dali Zensor Rock

I've got the Dali Zensor 7 tower speakers, matching Center speaker, JBL Balbo 30 towers for my center mids and JBL Balboa 10 shelf's for my rear 7.2 Surround System. I finished the speaker set up by running 2 JBL Balboa 30 220 watt Sub's. I'm powering it up with a modified Harman Kardon 171s 700watt receiver.
The Dali speakers running the front and center really pack a punch while the JBLs Finnish if the bass and mids.
It's clean, crisp and with no distortion at any level. All speakers are set at 0 so everything is flat. That's when you know you have an awesome system. The Dali's are a fantastic speaker, you can't take it above 40% and stay in the room as its hitting over 140db. Highly recommend Dali Zensor 7s
A floorstander in bookshelf's clothing

Take everything that is said about the Zensor 1, multiply by at least a factor of 2 and you have the Zensor 3. I have been on a quest to find a great pair of "smallish" monitor style speakers and I have found them! The Zensor 3 is nothing short of a miracle; the soundstage is wall to wall and there is a fair amount of height as well. The midrange is magic with plenty of detail but not in a hard "in your face" manner but more natural and engaging. The bass is tight and there is a suprisingly large amount of it for a speaker this size. The highs are sweet and delicate, with a proper amount of "shimmer" when called for. These speakers should cost way more and they play like they are a floorstander. Treat yourself - you will not be disappointed.
