I purchased this at closeout, a really great deal from Needle Doctor (plus, they threw in a whole bunch of Sennheiser swag. Thanks!!!!). I have a Thorens TT, and I was a bit worried about the disclaimer that I may have to make adjustments to my TT to support the stabilizer weight, which is substantial.. I was using a VPI record clamp, but this is tons better. I played The Door's "Morrison's Motel" that I purchased used and it brought out its flaws -- almost to the point that I thought I had a problem with one of my Dynaco components. I then played a fairly new MFSL Allman Brothers album and it brought out the soundstage with stunning clarity. I could chalk that up to my purchase of a Parks Audio Budgie phono preamp and some tube rolling, but I'm very happy with my vinyl sound.
