Ordering and Shipping Information
The Needle Doctor accepts orders via phone during business hours and through our online checkout system at your convenience. We strive to process orders within 24 hours. Not all products on our website are in stock at our store at all times. If your order includes an out-of-stock item you will be contacted at the phone number and/or email address provided with your order. Please note that we are closed on weekends and major holidays.
International orders are subject to extra verification. Many products we offer have dealer territories that restrict where we can ship their products. Customers ordering items that we cannot ship to their area will be promptly contacted.
Qualifying orders over $49 will receive free shipping, no promotion code needed!

Credit Card Payment
We accept all major credit cards. To insure prompt processing of your order please verify that the billing information provided correctly matches the information on file with the card-issuing bank. As a fraud prevention measure, we do not process orders without a verified payment method. For the fastest processing, please have your order shipped to the billing address. Orders shipping to a secondary address will receive extra attention that may delay the order.
PayPal payments are accepted with a confirmed shipping address and verified account. International customers may use PayPal for orders up to $100. It is possible to authorize a PayPal payment without fully submitting an order.
If you did not receive a confirmation email and order number from The Needle Doctor your order did not make it to our system.
Unless your order qualifies for any shipping promotions, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
If you choose to return a product that is working properly, but does not meet your needs or expectations you are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the order qualified for any shipping promotions the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from the customers refund.
If you have received a defective item, please contact the Needle Doctor to receive a prepaid return label.
If upon inspection it is found that the end user is responsible for a problem with an item, the Needle Doctor will assess the cost of return shipping to the customers’ original payment method. All further shipping cost associated with the sale are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is found to be defective outside of the actions of the customer, Needle Doctor will pay for the shipping costs to replace the defective product.
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. Any fees or taxes charged to the customer are the responsibility of the customer. International customers are also responsible for return shipping charges should their order need to be returned for any reason.
UPS and USPS shipping options are available for customers shipping orders to an address in the USA.
Customers wishing to receive their order in the US Mail have the option to choose USPS Priority mail. To insure that our customers have tracking information and prompt delivery of orders, Priority mail is the only USPS option available. Not all products can fit into Priority mail shipping boxes. Customers ordering large items (turntables, amps, CD players, etc.) must choose UPS shipping.
UPS Shipping Options
UPS rates are calculated in real time between our store and the zip code provided with the shipping address. Customers do have the option to choose expedited UPS shipping options. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us directly so we can make sure the package ships in a prompt manner and meets your expectations for delivery. Below you'll find a map of the current transit time for UPS Ground orders.
- Orders shipping to customers located outside of the US will be shipped in the most cost effective method as determined by Needle Doctor.
- Please include a physical address where your package can be delivered.
- All packages will be declared for their full value for legal and insurance purposes.
- Although shipping times vary by region, most international orders arrive to their destination countries within 3 to 7 business days.
- Certain products, such as bulky/heavy items will require shipping charges above the standard rates.
- Customers will be contacted with a revised shipping cost for orders which require additional shipping charges.
- The Needle Doctor does not dictate customs clearance. Estimated customs clearance is dependent on the respective countries’ import process. Contact your local customs office for estimated clearance times.
- The Needle Doctor is not responsible for any taxes or duties assessed for international shipments.
- Contact you local post office for details regarding import taxes and fees for your home country.
- If a package is returned to Needle Doctor you will not be refunded the original shipping cost.

Some products that we sell are subject to dealer territory restrictions and cannot be shipped to customers outside of the United States. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.

Can’t you just drop the order in the mail?
Due to the fragile nature of many of the products we sell, even small orders must be packaged well to avoid damage in shipping. Nobody wants to receive a broken stylus or creased record sleeves and the proper packaging and shipping method ensures that shipping mishaps are rare.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of the United States is within a 2-3 day ship from our store via USPS Priority mail. UPS
UPS packages are delivered within 1-5 business days depending on your location. Feel free to contact us about the transit time estimate for you order.
Will my package require a signature?
Unless requested by the customer, packages are shipped out without a signature requirement for delivery. UPS does give their drivers discretion in delivering packages, and, depending on your driver, a signature may be required. Please contact us if you would like your order to be shipped with a signature requirement.
